Because of the limited nature of our items, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Change of mind

• Buyer’s remorse

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, that’s not okay and we’ve got you.

Please email us within 10 days of delivery at mgmt@makennalilly.com with:

• Your order number

• A short description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damage (including packaging)

We’ll review everything and make it right as quickly as possible.
